Modular Homes - Why they are better. We build modular homes because they are better! Plain and simple! Consistency in quality: modular homes utilize modular building system technology in constructing your new home. Each home is designed and built in a climate controlled environment. Your home goes through many quality inspections including a state-licensed, independent third-party inspection company. We can modify them or add to them in the field to provide virtually any kind of home you desire. |

Basement and foundation We use a brick-faced, poured wall, eight or nine foot high by ten inches thick (9'x10"). We reinforce the concrete with re-bar meeting or exceeding all building codes. We take every precaution to ensure that you basement is water-tight. Our basements are guaranteed not to leak. |

Custom carriers deliver your modular home from the factory Each modular component is set on your foundation by our skilled set crews. You have no liability while your modules are in transit.

|
|
System sections are carefully hoisted into place. Factory inspected sections that are square and plumb are placed exactly as the system was designed with perfect alignment.
|
|
|
|
Modular homes are more energy efficient. Most of our modular homes are built using 6" studs in exterior walls so they are thicker and hold more high-grade insulation. Since they are made in the factory under controlled conditions, there is less expansion or contraction and thus are more air-tight than field built homes. Standard exterior walls come with an insulation rating of R19 (optional R26.5) and the roof standard is R30 (optional R40). Our homes are Energy Star compliant. |

Your home is completed in less time so you get the
savings. Since your home is manufactured and inspected in the factory to very tight specifications, it can be assembled in less time and therefore costs you less. You get a better home and you get it done faster.

Finished Home This is the finished product from one of our recently constructed homes. Above, you can see the home being completed in the various stages. We can give you the location of a number of our projects currently underway if you want to see them going up live. But watch out, we may put you to work.

Interiors The interiors are completely finished to your specifications, with the exception of furniture. You can have a wide range of floor and counter coverings, as well as kitchen cabinets and appliances. The sub-floors are made with 3/4" tongue and groove floor decking and there are 8' ceilings throughout (optional 9'). |
