All or our modular homes qualify to be financed with VA or FHA or conventional mortgages. Often we can help first-time home buyers get a home with very little money in their pocket. How To Get Started It is very important to get pre-approved. This can save you a lot of time and, as they say, time is money. Generally, you will need a deposit of 10% of the base price of your home. This will allow the factory to process your custom home order and the bank to initiate your construction loan with an end mortgage.
